Delft-inspired Eggs

This follow-up 2-hour class is perfect for homeschoolers, small groups, and individuals interested in furthering their skills in the art of pysanky.

Fee $20 per student

In a very non-traditional takeoff on the same wax-resist process used for Ukrainian Pysanky, we will create freeform flower designs reminiscent of Dutch Delft Blue pottery. The Introduction to Pysanky class is helpful but not required to take this class. Class fee includes a chicken egg, materials for in class use and a take-home instruction folder.

Since we will be working with a candle flame, students should be 6^th grade and above.  Class size limited to 10 students.
